Although this course was designed for law graduates, it is presented in a simple and practical way. We believe that anyone with tertiary education and exposure to business structures will master it with ease.

  • Learning Unit 1 - Company formation definitions and concepts; Preparation and Filing of Notice of Incorporation.
  • Learning Unit 2 - Choosing and Registering a Company Name, guidelines, restrictions.
  • Learning Unit 3 - The Shareholder, shareholder, minimum shareholder required, Rights, Duties and Liabilities.
  • Learning Unit 4 - Directors, Definitions, Executive and Non-executive directors, appointment, removal, duties, breach, personal liability, powers.
  • Learning Unit 5 - Drafting the Memorandum of Incorporation; Content of the MOI, amendment of the MOI.
